Policy
We at WSC will make
every effort to ensure that any order made within the Republic of Ireland is
delivered within 2 working days, where it is practical. The products listed on
this site are, however, subject to availability and delays that are outside of
our control may sometimes occur. Thus, any delivery dates specified are given
on an approximation basis only. If it happens that any delivery is delayed more
than 21 days, you, the customer, has the right to contact us and refuse to
accept delivery of said products. In such circumstances, all monies paid by you
for these products, as well as any delivery charges incurred will be refunded. However,
we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that
you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those products. When
delivery occurs you will be required to authentically sign- off on the delivery
of said products. Subsequently, the products will become your sole
responsibility.
Return Policy
Customer satisfaction
is of utmost importance to everyone here at WSC. Accordingly, if for some
reason you are unhappy with the product you have purchased, please return it to
us in its original condition within 7 days of delivery and a refund will
be issued provided that the product is unused and that the original packaging
is intact.
Please note that a 20%
restocking charge (or a minimum charge of €5) will be applied to all unwanted
product returns. In the case of defective or incorrect products WSC will, where
applicable, dispatch a replacement product. In such cases you will be billed
for the replacement product and a refund will be issued for the incorrect item.
WSC will refund the cost any incorrect items including the outgoing delivery
charge; however, we will not refund the cost of returning the product to us.
Any product refund is subject to the item being returned in a resalable
condition. (i.e. Unused and with the original packaging still intact.)
